Opening up about her private world to The Sunday Times in 2022, Sally offered a rare glimpse into her after-work routine.
She revealed: “I’ll either go for a run or take Sadie [her dog] for a walk. It’s important to get some daylight.
“I’ll often meet a friend for lunch. Then I pick up my son from school before doing some news research.”
